FlynBox is a multi-vendor commerce platform designed to bring marketplace operations into one connected product. It provides dedicated experiences for customers, vendors, and administrators while supporting both physical and digital commerce workflows.

A connected marketplace experience

The product combines catalog discovery, vendor management, purchasing, payment flows, fulfilment, promotions, rewards, and account activity within a consistent interface. The system was structured so each audience receives the tools relevant to its role without fragmenting the underlying commerce data.

  • Customer storefront and mobile shopping experience
  • Vendor product, order, and performance management
  • Administrative marketplace controls and reporting
  • Shared APIs supporting web and mobile channels
From complexity to clarity

The thinking that shaped the product.

02

The challenge

A multi-vendor marketplace must coordinate more than a standard online store. The platform needed to support independent sellers, a shared product catalogue, mixed product types, order processing, payment activity, promotions, and customer rewards while keeping administrative oversight clear.

The experience also needed to remain coherent across customer, vendor, and administrative interfaces, with a mobile channel that could use the same core commerce workflows.

03

Our solution

Basalt Dynamics designed and developed a modular commerce system with purpose-built customer, vendor, and administration experiences. Shared services connect the catalogue, orders, payments, promotions, and account activity so information stays consistent across the platform.

The interface architecture separates complex marketplace operations into focused workflows, while APIs provide a stable foundation for the web storefront and companion mobile application.
